With the experience with both the printer and the service I have no interest in supporting this company and would never refer this product to anyone.įirst, I want to apologize for using this route for this statement of mine. After a 50 min conversation with Epson's support for my printer we are in the same position. But the same agent came back on and started asking us the same set of questions. We then asked to talk with a supervisor and were put on hold with the expectation that we would get to talk to someone who might be able to provide us with support. Then he asked for our address, which we were not willing to provide. We asked for the company name and he couldn't give it to us. He then said he could provide us with local support but we would have to mail the printer. Near the end of the call he said our warranty was expired but could not tell us how long the warranty was from the date of purchase. We tried to give him our serial number but he wouldn't take until 40 mins later. When he returned he started asking the same set of questions. We went through the same process several times and when asked if we could talk to a technician he put us on hold again. we were repeatedly put on hold, and thought at one point he hung up. The individual did not provide his name in a clear manner, he asked the same questions over and over again, when we asked for him to repeat the information at one point, he yelled at us. After having an issue with my printer and following directions from both the online help and unit manual, we called the service line.
